Hi, I was a paying customer and made a deposit a month or two ago.. played through wager requirements and wanted to pull out the 200$ I had won... after them stuffing around with accepting my ID and verifying my account.. they now said the withdraw failed and to make the withdrawal again.. but now anytime I try to got to the casinos web address, it says now I can’t play the casino in my jurisdiction.. when it was only the day before I was on there no problem.. there is no way I can get into my account to request the withdrawal again.. the last email I got from them was saying i have been verified but need to withdraw the funds again.. but I can’t get in... please help

We unfortunately had a server issue this week but it should be resolved now. Can you please try to clear your cache and try to access the website again?
You should have no more problem accessing it.
