Kahuna Casino - Supposedly processed A$1,500 payment still not received after a month of back and forth with casino support

I have been trying to withdraw $1500 from Kahuna for months now. Initially when i tried i was informed that my bank was no longer accepted so i signed up for new account using a bank i was told was accepted. After this and a few back and forward emails asking to show that the funds haven't gone into my bank account i was told that they deposited into my old bank account that i was told wasn't accepted any more. The only reposes i am getting are asking for me to provide my bank statement to which i have done each time but i am still yet to see the funds,
I would just like the funds to be paid to the bank account i set up specifically to allow for this transaction to happen. Thanks.

Good news, the finance department checked with our bank again and they actually had gotten it back so we were able to credit the money back on your balance.
you can request a new withdrawal and we suggest using Bitcoin for it as this will be the quickest way for you to enjoy your winnings.

Sorry about the delay but I had to inquire with Finance about it.
They checked our bank account and history and can see that the transfer was successful on our end. It was sent to you and was not returned (did not bounce back) so your bank has the fund.
I will follow up with you via email so you can send me the bank statement directly and I will continue investigating with Finance.
