Withdrew $2000 on the 24th of april, sent all my verification details in the following day . On the the 30th of April I was told it had all been approved and that I would receive my funds within 3-7 days... I never received any funds I emailed them and they asked for a bank statement to prove I had not received the funds which I did. 7 days later I went through the same process , still no funds... Now they have blocked me on bottle the support and live chat and will not reply to my emails. Absolute disgrace. Pay me my money !!!!

I am sorry to read about this trouble.
Regarding the wire transfer, please note that once we have sent the funds, the delays or process is out of our control and depends on your bank only.
Unfortunately some banks refuse incoming funds from gaming sites or coming in Euros and when they do they send the money back which adds delays.
This is the reason why we always recommend using cryptocurrencies instead as these withdrawals are basically instant.
I will follow up about your case and update you here.
Regarding your being blocked by support, unless you have been abusive with them, this should not be the case so I will inquire about this as well.

I checked with customer service and you were never blocked from communicating with us. We never do it unless the player is threatening or insulting the staff.

Regardless, it appears that your bank indeed refused the incoming money. It was returned to us today.

The finance team has credited it on your account and you can withdraw it through cryptocurrency.
