I have requested 3 withdrawals the first one 29th April. Total $4,600 AUD. They say they have sent the money to my bank. My bank says no money has been sent and my bank accepts internstional money transfers. The casino say its an intermediary bank issue. This is not my problem it is the casinos. They need to resolve this and then credit the funds back into my casino account so I can withdrawl to a different bank or get it sorted so I can get my funds it is not the players issue we can't talk to the casinos bank and see where are funds are. It seems to me this casino has a lot of problems for Australian players withdrawals. Is it stalling so they don't have to payout players.
