Withdrawal delay of over 20 days

Hi, I'm writing this complaint as I have been waiting for a withdrawal on this casino, which amounts to a total of 500 euros, ever since the 5th of January. This withdrawal is taking too much time and is already at 22 days or 3 weeks, and in support they're only telling me to wait but the withdrawal isn't going through
