Delayed withdrawal once again
Once again, the same tactics from this casino operator.
Deposited 150, didn't use any bonus, doesn't like the Casino and ask for a withdrawal of 300.
That's since 18/7/2025. The casino promotes process of the withdrawal 3 working days after the day it was requested. I think 3 working days are past, except if all financial department staff is on holidays.
It's the same old tactic ,so the casino want's you to lose patience and risk your winnings so they don't have to pay.
Also, if they wanted to investigate anything (i only played slots , no live casino) they should had contact me by now, or asked me to procceed with verification. I have never been asked for non of this.
I attach screenshots of the TOS, my withdrawal request. I have also contacted them by email getting the same generic answers. "be assured" , "high traffic" etc.
I have informed them that we will be in contact from your complaint section from now on.
