I submitted all my documentation to verify my profile and even though it’s been over the 72 hours they said it would take to verify my account is still unverified. I contacted them about this and got a response saying my profile will be verified within the next few hours but it never was. I have all the screenshots attached showing that I submitted my documents and have the email of them saying it was over 72 hours but they would have it done and then the screenshot showing my account is still unverified.
