Jackpoty have not credited my bonus for two days

Hello,

Hope you can help as I haven't really had this issue before.

Signed up to Jackpoty 2 days ago. Contacted chat to confirm what methods worked for depositing to claim the bonus (Attached); they confirmed.

I followed the instructions and no bonus was added. They then kept telling me it was passed to the managers and would be done. That was 3 days ago.

I am just getting nowhere and being given the runaround.

Please could you help?

Jackpoty does not pay my winning of 2200 EUR

My situation

i registred atJackpoty casino. made deposits 1st 100, 2nd 100, 3rd 20 and 4th last is 100. In 4 deposits I won about 2200 eur. After I put money to withdraw, my account was closed. After overbig verification of about 50 documents, 15 hours of live chat to explain everything, and then video verification ( all passed ), the casino answered that they close my account and they will return only deposits (with say some reason). If you need I can send all screenshots of live chat or my emails with them ( just write ).
