Does not pay withdrawals

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I urgently ask for your support with the payout of my winnings. For over three weeks now, the casino has been refusing to process my withdrawal—without any understandable reason.

According to the casino’s system, no verification of my profile is required. I have demonstrably played in accordance with the terms and conditions and have not used any bonuses. My identity has also already been successfully verified on sister platforms operated by the same provider—another reason why no further verification process should be necessary in this case.

Despite multiple attempts to contact them via live chat, the regular support address, and the complaints email, I have only received automated standard replies. My specific questions have not been addressed at all.

I have the impression that the casino is deliberately stalling and unlawfully refusing to process the payout. I therefore urgently ask for your help with this matter.

After failing to process my withdrawals, ignoring this complaint for several days, and allowing it to be closed without resolution — why are you now reopening it without any explanation or update?

And more importantly, without paying out the pending withdrawals?

It gives the impression that you’re trying to avoid a negative rating on AskGamblers.com while still withholding the money owed.

A rather questionable approach, wouldn’t you agree?
