Over 3 weeks still no payout

On May 1st my withdrawal at Jackpot Wheel for $497.06 was "flushed", meaning approved for payout, but has just sat there with no movement whatsoever. Live chat gives vague responses but will not tell me what is going on. Its been over 3 weeks now and I'm getting concerned that they wont pay me. I've played here for years and withdrawn many times, but it has never taken this long. I've been told its been "escalated" but we all know that doesnt mean anything.

Any help in this matter would be greatly appreciated!

Excuses after excuses

I am still waiting on my withdrawal.

I keep getting new excuses that they are backlogged, then I'm told I'll get paid the next day, and it never happens.

Then they say they will expire it, but I'm still waiting.

I keep being told excuses after excuses.

This has been the worst experience ever. I'm so exhausted from all the excuses
