I would like to simply have my money back, i have not been able to withdraw my money since more then a month now. Jackbit are doing a investigation about my account, they haven't told me why they are investigating, meanwhile my withdraw option is lock, which mean my money is stuck on the website.
Also they mention on the 11st september 2024 that in 2 weeks from the 11st, they will give me news about my account, but i haven't heard back from them since.
Please, help me solve this case, thank you!
