Hello, I made a deposit of $500 eth on March 24th. it has not been credited to my account. Ive contacted live chat several times, they offer zero help. I emailed support several times and included all the screenshots of the proof of my deposit. I haven't received any follow up from JackBit. Not a email or anything. this has gone on long enough now
