Hello! Yesterday I finished my KYC, it approved and after this my withdrawals and deposits are blocked, support said that I will get message from their department via email but I got nothing. I deposit 500 usdt and made a big wins on basketball, after this I tried withdrawal and problems begun .I ask again you to help me with this situation because this bookmaker doesn't want to pay money. Today they said that my account is under investigation for 6 month without explaining any reason what they investigate and why. My amount is 4154.73 as you can see on screenshot. Please help me with this unfair behaviour of Jackbit bookmaker.
