Dear askgambler official
The 50 euro deposit I made to Izzi casino with a credit card was not credited to my casino account. Money was taken from my card on my card statement. I explained the situation by conveying my credit card statement to izzi officials and asked for a solution. They did not solve the problem, saying that they had been waiting for a response from the payment institution for 10 days. It shouldn't take this long to check for a transaction reflected on my debit card. When I looked at the izzi casino complaint section of askgambler, I saw another askgambler member who had a similar problem on the same dates and could not find a solution.
I understand that izzi casino does not care about these complaints. Please I expect you to take action, including blacklisting izzi casino so that other askgambler members do not suffer the same injustice.
