I Have €735 pending in withdrawals for over a week.
I believe the Casino is deliberately delaying the withdrawal.
I Bet and Lost an Additional €600. I requested a cooling off period which was denied as I have withdrawals pending. The casino does not offer any responsible Gambling tools despite stating they do. The Casino admitted in the Chat party they do. The casino states that up to 3 daily withdrawals will be carried out when I had a win the casino stopped doing withdrawals. I want my withdrawal processed so I can close the account.
