Withdrawal and KYC verification repetitive responses

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am a registered player at iWild Casino and would like to file an official complaint regarding issues with my withdrawal.

On October 10, I requested a 329.35 USDT withdrawal. A few days later, the casino rejected my request, stating that my KYC verification has not yet been completed.
I have submitted all the required documents to the KYC department on time, but it has now been over two days, and I have received no new updates or clear information about the verification status.

I have contacted customer support multiple times, but each time I receive the same generic response, saying that the process “is still ongoing” or “will be completed soon.”
They do not provide any specific or transparent information about when the verification will be completed or when I will receive my withdrawal.

The withdrawal amount has since been adjusted to 150 USDT, which I would like to receive in USDT (cryptocurrency). However, the casino still fails to communicate clearly or provide a concrete timeframe for resolution.

I believe the process is being unnecessarily delayed, and the casino is not handling my case transparently or efficiently, which is why I am requesting AskGamblers’ assistance in resolving this matter as soon as possible.
