Urgent Complaint Regarding Lack of Response from iWildCasino


Dear AskGamblers Team,

I would like to submit a complaint against iWildCasino regarding a serious issue with my withdrawal.

On 10 September 2025, I received confirmation of a payment of 153 USDT from iWildCasino to my crypto.com wallet (transaction details attached in the screenshot). However, for the last 5 days, crypto.com has been waiting for iWildCasino to answer their standard verification questions in order to release my funds.

Unfortunately, iWildCasino has completely failed to respond to crypto.com’s inquiries. Because of this lack of cooperation, my funds remain locked, and I am unable to use my money. I have already waited several days without any progress, which is causing me both financial and emotional distress.

I kindly ask AskGamblers to investigate this matter and help ensure that iWildCasino provides the required information to crypto.com immediately, so that my funds can be released without any further delay.

Dear stanrola and Askgamblers,

As a part of this request, we have consulted our legal department on the matter and request made by the financial institution. This is not a part of the normal process, performed by our payment processing partners in regards to crypto transactions. As such, to expedite the withdrawal, they have made a suggestion to contact support of Crypto.com to see if the transaction can be reversed to the sender's wallet. If so, after we receive the funds back, we can attempt a transfer to a different wallet or crypto company.
