They are stalling my withdrawals

IWild is stating on their rules that withdrawals will be accepted in 24hours and customer support tells that they are experiencing delays. I have before withdrawed from this casino and have confirmed my account. When I contacted their KYC they admitted that the withdrawals are being stalled on purpose but they refuse to give any reason for it.

Hi, I have in total 3 withdrawal requests, which 1 may be accepted? As I dont see the money in my account still I am not sure if it has been accepted or not.
