Stalling and cancelling withdrawals
Went through a lengthy verification process and was confirmed cleared for withdrawals. My only way of withdrawals is through interact so interred 3 withdrawals of 500$ ( the system will not allow you any more. I received 500$ from them on January 26 and then nothing. Then they cancelled the remaining withdrawals and sent me an email saying that the were sorry and to reenter my withdrawals. I imputed 3 new 500 withdrawals in the system and received another 500$ on January 30th then again on feb 2nd again the cancelled my remaining withdrawals this time with no email . I sent emails this morning with no response. They should be able to send me 1500 cad a day why one at a time at 4 days interval. I like the casino and game selection but they are not respecting the terms and condition they have set out in my opinion
