Not following withdrawal terms

Hello

In the casino terms, it stays: "All withdrawal requests are processed by the financial department within 24 hours after the successful identity and account verification, every day 9.00-18.00 (GMT+3)."

My account got verified on 16/08 and it said I can now make withdrawals and deposit how I want.

On 15-16/08 I won loads up to 13300 euros then I made 3 separate withdrawals for a total of 1200 euros it states in their terms you can withdraw 1200 euros per 24 hours but now that's not true cause I talked to their support and my payments will arrive at 20/08 23/08 28/08 and I can't make a new withdrawal until they process the other withdrawals and in that pace, it will take forever to get all my money out.

I want what the terms say 1200 euro per day.

I have also under this time tried to make a solution with the vip manager and kyc department but only a few answers with days apart, really bad support, i have tried to receive my money now since the 16/08 and still now 2,5 weeks later i have only received 4 payments totalling 1600 euro. No help from support and its a really bad experience, the site is really good but how im treated is not acceptble. I want a solution to this quicket iwildcasino
