Kyc verification taking weeks

I won around 300 euro on the 25th of October. A couple of days after this I was requested to provide ID with face in front of their website, bank confirmation and ID. None of this is required under Curacao license however I complied and sent everything. They then got back to me and asked for another document, a utility bill. I've sent 3 different ones not including the bank statement I already sent, and now I'm still waiting for a response. I've attached the emails I've sent they're basically ignoring me now I feel like I'm being scammed.

I have now received the funds but this turned itself around very quickly once I reported them through AskGamblers. To have one of their pros as "fast withdrawals" is extremely misleading to anyone else checking reviews on this site. For anyone reading this, avoid the casino at all costs! Thank you AG for your help.
