iWild not processing withdrawal since August 29th
Hello,
On August 29th, I requested another withdrawal.
IWild always says the financial department works every day, local time, including the weekends.
Now it's day 6 of waiting again, while the terms of conditions, as shown in my last complaint, state a maximum of 72 hours for withdrawals. The chat support said again they forwarded my request, but nothing happened again.
I kindly ask for an update/resolution for this and a statement on why this happens every time I request a withdrawal.
Are the tos not correct that I have to wait 6 days+ or what is going on?
