Iwild casino scammed

I am reaching out to you in desperation regarding a deeply troubling experience with iWild Casino. My account was recently banned without any explanation, and despite my repeated attempts to contact their support team, I have been met with silence.
Here is what happened:
I deposited €100 into my account and was fortunate enough to win €450. Naturally, I was excited to withdraw my winnings. However, the process quickly turned into a nightmare. iWild Casino began asking for my IBAN and other personal information, dragging out the withdrawal process for nearly 10 days. During this time, I complied with all their requests, providing every piece of information they asked for.
Then, without warning or justification, they suddenly closed my account. When I reached out to their support team to ask for an explanation, I was met with vague and unhelpful responses that completely ignored my concerns.
To make matters worse, not only have they refused to pay out my €450 in winnings, but they have also taken my original €100 deposit. This entire experience feels like a calculated scam – first luring me in with the promise of winnings, then stealing both my deposit and my winnings, while providing no clarity or resolution.
I feel obligated to warn others about their unethical and fraudulent behavior, but above all, I need your help. I have thoroughly reviewed their terms and conditions, and I am confident that I have not violated any rules. I am now left feeling powerless and frustrated.
