I can't get my withdrawal

Hello. I want to file a complaint against the casino. I played at the casino with my own money and did not use any casino bonuses.I played and won 1300 euros, after which I wanted to withdraw them, I placed a withdrawal request, but it was cancelled and I asked for verification.I sent all the documents they asked for and waited. They didn't like my selfie, so I sent it again, after which I waited 2 weeks for them to approve it. I passed it and immediately placed the money for withdrawal.They cancelled it again and started some kind of provider check, which began on November 17, 2025, and is still ongoing. Overall, I've been waiting for my money for over 40 days. But now another problem has arisen: I haven't been able to access their website for two days now.I beg you to help me. I want to get my money back and warn people that this casino is a scam.
