About a week and a half ago, I initiated a €1000 withdrawal. Then the site was updated, and supposedly all withdrawal requests were “accidentally” deleted. I submitted the withdrawal request again, but it was canceled, and they requested new KYC documents, even though I had already submitted everything a few weeks ago. I even received a reply by email confirming that I wouldn’t need to go through this process again in the future, whether depositing or withdrawing.
I sent the requested documents a week and a half ago, and then they contacted me again asking for the other side of the document. I sent it immediately — nearly a week ago now — and I’ve heard nothing since. The withdrawal option is disabled, and I can’t initiate any payouts.
I’ve successfully withdrawn from the site once before without any issues, but now they are clearly stalling, and I’m not even getting proper responses via email — just generic replies on live chat telling me to wait for an email from the KYC team.
