Delayed withdrawal and verification for 11 days


There were no problems when I started depositing, and I insisted on verifying my account before it was needed because I wanted fast withdrawals when needed. But they calmed me that everything is alright, verification is random, and may not be needed. The KYC department decides.

So on my third deposit, I deposited 30euro for a 100% deposit, 30x wager, and 10 times max withdrawal. I did not receive the bonus, asked the support, and they credited it with 60x times wager requirements.
