Delayed Withdrawal and KYC Verification iWild Casino

Dear AskGamblers Team,

I am submitting a formal complaint against iWild Casino regarding a delayed withdrawal of my funds, currently totaling $5,974.

On September 27, I requested my first withdrawal of €850. I waited until October 2, when my withdrawal requests were canceled, and I was asked to complete the KYC verification process. On the same day (October 2), I submitted all the required documents.

On October 8, I contacted iWild Casino’s live support to ask why the KYC process was taking so long and to express my desire to withdraw my funds. The response I received was:

“We understand that waiting for a long time can be frustrating, and we are unable to specify when you will be verified, but we will send a request for faster processing.”

On October 9, I was informed that one of my documents needed to be resent in better quality, which I did immediately.
On October 10, I was asked to provide an additional document for address verification, which I also submitted the same day. Since then, I have been waiting again without any further updates.

It is extremely frustrating to experience such long delays in the withdrawal process, especially since I had already been verified in the past and was actively playing and withdrawing funds.
In my opinion, iWild Casino is intentionally delaying my withdrawal, which has significantly reduced my trust and confidence in the platform.

I have kept copies of all correspondence and screenshots from the live chat, which I can provide if required.

I kindly ask AskGamblers to assist in ensuring that my KYC verification and withdrawal request are completed without any further unnecessary delays.
