Delayed payment of 4500 eur


I am filing complaint regarding the unlawful withholding of my winnings – €4,500.

The issue began after iWildCasino migrated to a new platform. Following this change, I was

asked to provide identity verification documents. I submitted all requested documents in full and

on time. However, despite multiple follow-ups, my winnings have still not been paid out.

Also i want to inform that my account is already verified as I was making deposit and withdrawals for many years at this casino and now they asking me to do it again.
Besides casino page is not available for last 12 hours.
