Casino delays and then cancels withdrawal been trying for over 2 weeks
I have been trying to withdrawal $500 of winnings from IWild Casino with multiple attempts for over 2 weeks. Everytime I request the withdrawal, I wait the required amount of processing time, sometimes even longer, to log back into my account and find my withdrawal either still pending or cancelled all together by the casino. I have repeated this cycle about 7 times now with no correspondence from the casino as to why. I have tried to contact the live chat, casino support via email and the financial department via email and receive no response to my questions.
IWild casino claims “The financial department processes all withdrawal requests within 24 hours after the successful identity and account verification every day from 9.00-18.00 (GMT+3)”. I verified my account successfully within 24 hours of having the account so that is not the issue.
This issue has also happened with 2 other previous withdrawals of $500. Luckily after waiting and re-requesting the funds multiple times I finally received the money. I will attach proof of my withdrawal requests to this complaint.
