Casino cancelling withdrawals and now withdrawal has been pending for 9 days

Hello AskGamblers,

I have been attempting to withdraw over $700 since July 31st. During this time, I have submitted four separate withdrawal requests, but each one has been cancelled by the casino with the explanation of “issues with payment provider.” I have tried both available methods—Mifinity and Credit Card—with no success.

What is concerning is that a smaller withdrawal of around $300 was successfully processed via Mifinity during this same period. However, every attempt to withdraw the $700+ has either been cancelled or left pending.

My most recent request was submitted on August 8th—9 days ago—and it is still pending. Despite multiple assurances from support that my case has been “expedited” to the financial department, no progress has been made. They continue to cite a processing timeframe of 24–72 hours, but this has been greatly exceeded.

At this point, I kindly ask for AskGamblers’ assistance in ensuring that the casino processes my withdrawal and pays out my funds without further unnecessary delays.
