HI, I asked to withdraw to my SKRILL account 500USD winnings. It shows more than 50 hours "processing". After several times to contact with support they said "everything ok, payment is in quie and will be proceed shortly. After 3 days they canceled my request and asked send some documents to verify (credit card, passport photo, my photo with passport in front of immerion website).
They also said that verification can be up to 10 working days. So support telling different story`s all the time. I attach all screenshots, still waiting to verify my documents now. But it seems its coming to be scam casino. Can you help?
