I deposited 380.68 USDC to my account on Immerion.com on 31 May 2025. I requested a withdrawal of 5000 USDC on 01 Jun 2025, but it has not been processed.
I contacted the casino’s support team several times, and they repeatedly told me that the withdrawal is being delayed due to a “provider check.” They have not given me a clear timeline or explanation of what this check involves or when the funds will be released.
I believe this is an unfair delay, especially as I have met all terms and conditions. I’m requesting AskGamblers’ assistance in resolving this issue and ensuring that my funds are released without further unjustified delays.
