Withdrawal canceled and Account Access Restricted Without Justification
I am extremely disappointed with my recent experience at Immerion Casino.
I requested a withdrawal of approximately $950, which was initially marked as “processing.” I was told by live support that withdrawals are processed within 24 to 48 hours. I waited patiently for that period, only to be informed later that my account had been placed under a "game session review" and all withdrawals were blocked.
This is deeply concerning because:
I did not use any bonuses — all funds came from my own deposits.
I was not informed of any issues or violations before this sudden block.
My withdrawal was canceled without explanation, and the ability to withdraw was disabled entirely on my account.
I was told this so-called “review” could take up to 14 days or more, which is completely unreasonable.
The support replies are generic copy-paste responses with no transparency or real assistance.
This feels like an intentional delay tactic or worse — an attempt to avoid paying legitimate winnings. I have screenshots of the entire chat, including where they admitted the withdrawal was canceled and disabled, even after I complied with all rules and waited beyond the initial timeframe.
I demand that Immerion Casino:
Re-enable withdrawals on my account immediately;
Process my winnings without further excuses or stalling;
Provide a full and clear explanation for this unfair treatment.
If this issue is not resolved promptly, I will continue to report this incident to other review sites, forums, and the Curaçao Gaming Control Board (License OGL/2024/758/0228), and I will also consider legal action.
