Hello, I applied several times for self-exclusion in Immerion casino. Reason - gambling addiction. Reason was stated to them.
In January they agreed to exclude me and refund the money that I lost after self-exclusion application. However, the refund did not happen. The exclusion worked for some time (I could log in to their site, but would be logged out in a minute or two).
Yesterday I was able to log in, to deposit, to play without any restrictions.
What I want from casino:
1. To refund me the money which they promised to refund (645 EUR) plus what I deposited yesterday (810 EUR). A total of 1455 EUR.
2. To ensure the self-exclusion works. They can even close my account, I don't care, but I must be sure that self-exclusion works for me.
Could you help?
