Hi AskGamblers,
I need help to get my winnings from Immerion. I won $3,635 on June 13, 2025. Immerion asked me to send them my KYC documents on June 16, and I sent them right away. However, my documents are still pending, and I can’t withdraw my winnings.
I have asked for help in the chat several times, but they just tell me to contact the KYC team by email. I have also sent two more emails to the KYC team, but they don’t reply.
