Hello to all participants. Please sort out my situation. 02/20 won $3,000 by making a deposit in LTC
My withdrawal was cancelled and sent for verification.
My balance is constantly decreasing due to the fall in the price of the cryptocurrency market.
The support team responded by email once, after 5 days, there is still no response. At the time of writing the complaint, my winnings fell by about $150, two days ago it was -$500. I want to note that on 02/06/25 I already made a withdrawal of a small amount and it was approved instantly. after which I began to be more active.

Following a careful review and consideration of your case, the AskGamblers Complaint Team reached the conclusion that, unfortunately, your complaint is not compliant with the AGCCS Guidelines, section Balance played off while waiting to be paid and, therefore, is being rejected. Please keep in mind that following all AGCCS Guidelines is mandatory.
Please keep in mind that while we can understand your frustration and disappointment of probably not being paid within the time frame specified by the operator, it is up to you to refrain from playing until the processing of your payment is finalized accordingly. Instead, you kept playing and lost your balance subsequently which means that unfortunately, you will also lose the validity of your claim against the operator which led to the rejection of the complaint.
And while we understand this might not be the outcome expected by the complainant, we would like to remind you that in case of disagreement with our decision further assistance on the matter could be requested from the relevant regulatory body and/or appointed ADR entity.
I still leave the issue with $500 open. Please do not close the complaint.
As of March 6, the player exhausted his entire balance and subsequently acknowledged his addiction, leading to his account being closed on the same day.
Unfortunately, we have no control over fluctuations in currency exchange rates.
