My withdrawal is delayed for over four weeks 1000 USD
Hello AskGamblers team,
I’m submitting this complaint regarding Immerion.com, operated by Goodwin N.V. under a Curaçao license (0GL/2024/758/0228).
On the 15th of April 2025, I requested a withdrawal of $1,000.00. More than four weeks have passed, and I still haven’t received the funds. I contacted customer support multiple times, and I was told that my session was being “reviewed by the provider” — a vague explanation with no concrete timeline or details.
At first, they told me the review could take up to 14 days. That time has long passed. Since then, their communication has completely stopped. (I can't even press the support button on their website)
I have full proof of:
My account balance and withdrawal request
Chat logs with support
Screenshots of my account and correspondence
Other users have reported the same issue on public review platforms (Trustpilot and more), indicating a pattern of payout delays or non-payment.
I kindly ask AskGamblers to step in and mediate this case so I can receive my rightful withdrawal, as all the other gamblers should too.
