Issue with a withdrawal
Hello,
I can't withdraw 1753 USD since 28.04. This is the same story like many players have described here already.
They have been reviewing 1 or 2 documents for few weeks couple of times in the period of last 7 months (I had the same issue with them before but now everything takes even much longer). After they check one document they ask for another document. It looks like they have the tactic to not ask for all documents at once in order to delay processing withdrawals for months. Every document is being checked for the period of few weeks to even few months. Few months after approving the documents they ask for the same documents again and they check them for weeks or months in the same way. At this point I am waiting for verification of my bank statement since 12.06 :) They have no shame :)
On 30.04 I got such email from them: "Thank you for reaching out! The account is being reviewed now - it is under the games' prover's check. It might take a few days of review. I apologize for the inconvenience". My account has been reviewing from 30.04 to 12.06 instead of mentioned "few days" :) They have no respect to the players.
Additionally, since over 2 months when I attempted to contact support@immerion.com, [email protected], [email protected], support@immerion1.com, [email protected], [email protected], my emails bounced back — the server is unreachable, as confirmed by the attached error message. This problem has been reported by another players too.
I have sent them dozens emails since 30.04. I have been contacting them dozens times via live chat as well. All what I can say about this experience is ignorance on hard level.
The amount of wasted time of mine, all of these people here and yours - Askgamblers because of this company is just unbelievable.
Dear Askgamblers, I am asking you for a help in resolving this issue finally.
