This started 5th December. Immerion cancelled my withdrawal without explanation until I asked. Story short they claim the game provider need to investigate if the game sessions is "fair of played", which I found very absurd. Now Immerion chat support said it takes around 14 days but could be even longer (now is the 3rd January almost 1 month). I have been advised to contact with ybets.net but why is it my responsibility to contact them (I did it anyway) support emailed to Immerion several times to contact me. Check a game session by the provider sounds very strange, also immerion doesn't take any responsibility for this they even closed my support chat ability.

Immerion good luck...you guys lost more than gain in this case if it was solved earlier I might continue but after 60 days it just doesn't feel right to play with your company.
