I deposited on 12/24/2024 and won some money with Immerion Casino. I made a withdrawal of $550 on 12/25/2024. On 12/26/2024 my withdrawal was canceled and winnings returned to me with no explanation until I asked. They said my gaming sessions were being reviewed by the providers and typically takes up to14 days which in my opinion was very concerning. I have never experienced this with any other casino. It has now been 32 days and every time I have asked them what the status was they never seem to have a definite answer. I think this is absolutely unacceptable. I am hoping AskGamblers can help me resolve this issue. Thank you.
