I requested my first withdrawal on the 19th of September, and the second one on the 20th of September. I was informed that I could withdraw a maximum of 2000 euros per week and that the casino has up to 72 hours to process it. I haven’t even received any message from them regarding any issues. The only thing I get from the people in the chat is pre-written responses. I managed to win quite a lot, but I have a feeling that withdrawing these funds will be a real struggle.
