I requested my first withdrawal on the 19th of September, and the second one on the 20th of September. I was informed that I could withdraw a maximum of 2000 euros per week and that the casino has up to 72 hours to process it. I haven’t even received any message from them regarding any issues. The only thing I get from the people in the chat is pre-written responses. I managed to win quite a lot, but I have a feeling that withdrawing these funds will be a real struggle.

I currently have 4 withdrawal requests, 2 of which are overdue, and tomorrow is the deadline for the third one. The total amount is around $4,000, as it’s in PLN. Each withdrawal is $1,000, which is the maximum amount that can be withdrawn per day.

I received 4 withdrawals that I completed in the last few days. After adding the withdrawal, it appeared on my account almost immediately. However, I still haven’t received the withdrawals that I had completed earlier. At the moment, 4 withdrawals are missing that I processed previously. They are no longer all visible in the history at least not all of them. However, I took screenshots, so I am attaching them here.
