Delay withdraw with several excuses
Hello,
On May 9th, after making several deposits (without receiving any bonuses), I won €2,500. Due to the €1,000 withdrawal limit, I requested three separate withdrawals.
The following day, all three withdrawals were cancelled, and my account was placed under investigation. I was informed that the process would take approximately 14 days and would not exceed 30 days. However, the withdrawals were only reopened after 31 days.
At 7th of june, the casino requested a copy of my passport for verification, which I provided promptly.
At 13th of june, I followed up again regarding my withdrawals, and discovered they were cancelled once more—this time citing KYC (Know Your Customer) issues. I check my emails and they send me the same email of KYC department that added +credit card. (Please check screenshots). I send it immediately and still now i'm waiting again. The chat not helps at all and they don't reply in my emails at KYC department.
It seems the casino is using every possible excuse to delay processing my withdrawals, despite my full cooperation. This behavior is deeply concerning and unfair.
Please help me resolve this matter.
