I requested a withdrawal from Immerion Casino on 3/6/25, and now it has been 2 days without receiving my funds.
I contacted their support multiple times and was only told that my request is "in the queue" without any proper timeframe or real explanation. They confirmed no verification is needed, and that my account is fully approved.
This repeated excuse and lack of processing for a basic withdrawal raises concerns about the casino's transparency and reliability. I have screenshots of every conversation showing that they stall instead of giving concrete answers or progress.

I’m reaching out to update my complaint. It has now been over 72 hours since I requested a €300 withdrawal from the casino, and it is still pending.
Despite repeated communication, the casino keeps sending generic replies like “your request was forwarded to the right department” and “please wait a bit longer,” without giving any actual confirmation or progress.
I kindly ask you to follow up directly with the casino. This situation is no longer acceptable, and I’m starting to feel I may never receive my funds.
