Hello I am a regular online casino player and I joined Immerion last months
After 2 successful withdrawals 180 and 300 eur, when I tried to process a third withdrawal immersion canceled my withdrawal and asked for KYC
I provided all the documents needed and then I got this message that my session was sent to the providers which is a stall tactic by casinos in order not to get the money.
The casino said 10 working days but today was the last day of the deadline and still, I have no answer. They only say that they are working on my KYC
I have 960 USDT unable to be withdrawn because they delayed my verification on purpose

However I have to say that the payment was delayed for more than 2 months and it's the first time I have a delay for more than a week and I have withdrew in more than 40-50 casinos
Immerion still gets me negative vote
I made the last withdrawal of 700 usdt and it's still pending I also received an email from immerion kyc that I am verified for now I hope they process my last withdrawal as well without delays and then the case should be closed
I first made a withdrawal of 30usdt to make sure I was able to withdraw and it went through and I received them
Then I made a new withdrawal of 270 usdt but it's still processing
