Cancelled 730 euros withdrawal by them that went into the void
Hello, so i played on their casino with a deposit bonus, i completed the wagering requirements and then tried to withdraw what was my balance after that (730 euros). A few hours later i received a mail from them saying that my withdrawal was unsuccessfull due to some provider issue, asked about it to know then where my money was and i got no answers (proofs joined) I then proceeded to contact their live chat multiple times about it and i always got the same copy pasta answer : "Thank you for your patience. We wanted to let you know that your request has been successfully transferred to the appropriate department and is now in the process of being handled. Our team is working diligently to ensure that everything is addressed promptly and efficiently." It's been like that for more than 10 days now and still nothing moved... They are also using heart emojis to abuse my faith and smiley faces emojis that really seem condescendent to me considering how bad the situation is with no good ending in view. I'll also join a few chat logs i had with them to prove that. I really hope you guys can help me resolve that problem..(It all started on november 12th as you will see in the first mail exchange)
