Hey, I really do not wanna make any complain, but as I can see what happened to me happened to many other players..
I did my deposit, I took one win and requested the withdraw, so everything was clear.
Usually my winnings are funded to my credit card immediately but this time it blocked for provider check..
Its not normal to ask me wait 14 days or longer. Please figure this out, tell me if this will happen every time from now on and I will think before deposit money.
I really do not want to lower your rating or something i just want my winnings that i have right for..
