Deposited yesterday through bitcoin. After back and forth with different support agents, they all say the same but a bitcoin transaction doesn`t take this long and now I feel like they have stolen my money and that in my mind is theft. Everything on my end is completed and confirmed through blockchain.

Casino refuses cashout and offers bank transfer for which I don't have reached the amount

I want to warn other players against using this casino, as they will do what they can not to pay out winnings. I took the first deposit bonus with a deposit of 30€, played the bonus through and ended up wirh 284€ that I wanted to cash out. Problem: even when I paid by Credit card, only option was bank transfer with a minimum of 500€, which I find very unfair. All casinos I played in offer more than one option for cash out, and from their General terms this is not mentioned. I contacted support first time , and was instructed to make a Skrill deposit play it through 3 times (which I also find unfair) but I did and requested cash out by Skrill.

I tried this before in other casinos and they were always helpful in providing other withdrawal options. Cash out was rejected despite the instructions, with the message that I should use Bank Transfer option. Contacted support 2nd time, they told me that the first agent gave me bad advise, that I should use bank transfer but minimum is 200€. Tried this, but of course minimum remained 500€. 3rd agent said the 2 first gave wrong advise, and that for me unfortunately Bank Transfer is the only option despite of my Skrill deposit and fully verified account. I was left thinking, which of the 3 agents gave the correct version ? Therefore I submitted a claim to the casino, which remains unanswered until now. I played many casinos and never had any complaints but here I feel treated unfairly- a min cashout of 500€ should not be the only option.
