I requested a Bitcoin withdraw of $100 on 6/3/2017. It has been sitting there ever since. No communication at all. No approval or denial. When I spoke to customer support via live chat I was given the usual line about heavy volume of requests. Your terms state that a request will be processed in 3 days. I'm not angry, just frustrated by your poor service. This is the second time I've had to come here to resolve an issue with this casino.
