I made a deposit with Bitcoin. I played at the casino and won 1.4 Bitcoin. I ordered the payment, waiting, although the casino site says that the conclusion on the Bitcoin is instantaneous, it is cheating.

I won 1.2 Bitcoin with major money. Bonus money were lost and canceled my account voluntarily. I have not violated your terms and conditions. You confiscated the money that was won fairly. You have not told me information about my account, you will not otvecheli me at all.
And now you are cheating me and other players. You do not even bother to warn me, you just closed my account with my money without giving me any information. I want to return my deposit and my winnings. And I ask you to post here the story of my game and make sure that you are cheating.

You're lying!!!
I made 2 deposit.
You give only a bonus on your first deposit. After I lost my first deposit I made a second. Bonus on your second deposit, I did not get, so I played on the amount of your deposit without the bonus.
If I won the money after the second deposit, and I did not use the bonus, you must return me my win!
I did email a screenshot, which refers to the fact that I did 2 deposit.
