Delayed withdrawal of 27000 SEK
I have been a customer at Hajper Casino for several years and have made many deposits and withdrawals without problems before. However, I have never previously withdrawn as much as 27,000 SEK. The only difference this time is that I won a somewhat larger amount.
Three days ago I requested a withdrawal of 27,000 SEK. The withdrawal was approved but the money has still not reached my bank account.
During the last three days I have contacted support several times and received different explanations. First I was told to wait 24 hours, then I was told to wait three days, and now I am being told that another department is handling the case and that support has no insight into the status.
I have followed the timeframes given by the casino, but I still have not received my money or any clear information about where the payment is.
Later today I will also submit a complaint to Spelinspektionen and open a case with Allmänna reklamationsnämnden. If the matter is not resolved promptly, I plan to file a civil claim in the district court next week.
I have a good understanding of these processes, but I still wanted to write here because I believe the way this situation has been handled is unacceptable and reflects very poorly on the operator.
